ISTANBUL - Turkey received two bids for a tender to build a highway in the west of the country, Referans newspaper said, citing a Transport Ministry statement.
Companies including Limak İnşaat, Makyol İnşaat and Italy’s second-biggest builder, Astaldi, were part of the two groups that placed bids for the İzmir-Istanbul highway, which is expected to cost around $6 billion, the newspaper said.
